1-Board press
6 reps x 2 sets (same weight on both sets)
4 reps x 2 sets(same weight on both sets)
2 reps x 2 sets(same weight on both sets)

3-Board press
4 reps x 2 sets(same weight on both sets)
2 reps x 2 sets(same weight on both sets)
